Moving Nearby? Your Providers May Be Different
A Roseville mailing address or a home in a neighboring community does not automatically mean every city utility serves the property. Ask the seller or property manager which providers currently serve the home, then confirm directly.

- Confirm who serves the home. Gather the current provider names and check each one against your new address.
- Coordinate your start date. Match it to when you take possession. Check with your real estate agent if closing or occupancy dates change.
- Schedule internet early. Ask whether a technician is needed and when equipment will arrive.
- Plan for the full monthly picture. Ask for available utility bill history and include electricity, gas, water, garbage and internet in your spending plan. Your usage may differ from the seller's.
- Save your confirmations. Keep account numbers, start dates and installation details together. Ask about deposits or setup charges.
- Close out your old accounts. Arrange final readings or stop dates and return rented equipment when required.
