This notice describes the public site at amydebuskhomeloans.com, operated for Amy DeBusk Home Loans. Amy DeBusk is a Branch Manager and mortgage loan originator, NMLS 281056, working with loanDepot.com, LLC, NMLS 174457. She is licensed in California, Tennessee, and Texas. This page is about the website you are reading. It is not loanDepot's full consumer privacy policy for a mortgage application, and it is not a substitute for the disclosures you receive when you apply.
Two rooms: this site, and a loan application
Think of two rooms. Room one is this educational site: pages about first-time buyers, VA conversations, calculators, and a contact path. Room two is a mortgage application on loanDepot, reached from https://www.loandepot.com/adebusk. Information you type into room two is collected, used, and shared under loanDepot's application, servicing, and legal disclosures. Amy DeBusk Home Loans does not republish those disclosures here and does not pretend this HTML file is the application privacy notice.
If you only read articles, run the calculator with example numbers, or book a conversation, you are mostly in room one. If you start an application, upload income documents, or complete loanDepot forms, you have entered room two. Questions about how loanDepot uses application data should be directed through that application flow and loanDepot's published privacy materials, not guessed from this page.
Booking a consult uses Calendly at https://calendly.com/amydebusk/initial-consultation. Calendly is a third-party scheduling product. It has its own privacy notice and cookie practices. When you book, you send Calendly (and then Amy's calendar workflow) the name, email, and any notes you choose to include. Do not paste Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or copies of tax returns into a calendar invite.
What this site may collect
If you email adebusk@loandepot.com, call or text (916) 705-2557, you provide whatever you put in that message. Typical contact details are your name, phone, email, a city, and a short description of whether you are buying, refinancing, self-employed, a veteran, or buying with family. We use that information to respond, to schedule, and to keep a record of the conversation we already had so we do not ask you to repeat it.
If this site uses a contact form in the future, fields will be limited to what is needed to reply. We do not need your full Social Security number on a marketing form. Do not send it here.
Technical data is ordinary for a public site: browser type, device class, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP in the coarse way analytics products provide. That is not the same as a precise GPS track, and we do not use it to follow you around Roseville.
Analytics, including the possibility of GA4
This site may use privacy-respecting logs and may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or a similar measurement tool to understand which pages help people and which pages confuse them. If GA4 is present, Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive usage data subject to Google's policies. We use measurement to improve navigation, calculator usability, and whether education pages are actually read. We do not use analytics as a secret credit score.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also use Google's own opt-out tools for Analytics where they apply. Blocking cookies may make some features less convenient. It will not stop you from calling the office.
Cookies and similar storage
Cookies may be used for basic site function, to remember a cookie banner choice if one is shown, and for analytics if enabled. Third-party embeds (Calendly, loanDepot apply, YouTube if a video is embedded, maps if a map is embedded) may set their own cookies. This site does not require you to accept advertising cookies to read a privacy policy or to learn what an FHA loan is.
Local storage in your browser may hold calculator inputs you typed. That lives on your device unless you screenshot it or paste it into an email. Clearing site data clears it.
We do not sell lists
Amy DeBusk Home Loans does not sell your name, email, or phone number as a marketing list to unrelated third parties. We do not rent a roster of "Roseville buyers" to random advertisers. Sharing that does happen is the ordinary kind: email and phone providers that deliver the message you sent, the website host, analytics if used, Calendly if you book, loanDepot if you apply, and professionals who must see an application to close a loan you asked for (title, appraisal, insurance, underwriting inside the origination channel).
We may share information if the law requires it, if we must protect a person from serious harm, or if there is a merger or transfer of the branch relationship in which your application would follow the licensed origination channel, not a random buyer of spreadsheets.
California privacy, at a high level
If you are a California resident, California law gives you rights around personal information that businesses collect. At a high level, those rights often include the right to know what categories of information are collected, the right to access a copy of much of what we have about you from this site relationship, the right to request deletion of personal information we control (subject to legal exceptions, including records we must keep for a loan application), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
This website is not trying to sell your personal information as that term is used in California consumer privacy law. If you believe a cookie or analytics setup is "sharing" in a way that requires a Do Not Sell or Share control, email us and we will treat that as a request to review and honor the applicable choice.
To request notice, access, or deletion for information Amy DeBusk Home Loans controls on this public site, email adebusk@loandepot.com from the address we would recognize, or call (916) 705-2557. Say that it is a California privacy request. We may need to verify it is you. We cannot delete a loanDepot application archive by editing this HTML file. Application records follow loanDepot retention and legal rules. We also cannot delete information we never stored, or public NMLS records that are not ours to edit.
Children
This site is for adults considering a mortgage. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A mortgage application is not a kids' product. If you believe a child submitted information through a form or email, tell us and we will delete what we control.
Retention
Email and call records are kept as long as needed to serve you, to document what was said, and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping that applies to a licensed originator and to loanDepot. Marketing analytics logs, if any, are kept for a shorter operational window. Calculator sketches stored only in your browser last until you clear them. We do not have a hidden warehouse of every slider position you ever tried.
When a conversation becomes a loan application, retention follows origination and investor rules, which are longer than a blog visit. That is a feature of mortgage regulation, not a loophole.
Security
We use ordinary administrative and technical measures appropriate to a public brochure site: HTTPS, limited access to the inbox and calendar, and a refusal to ask for full tax returns on a marketing form. No website is perfectly secure. Do not email complete Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, or password lists to adebusk@loandepot.com. Use the loanDepot application channel for documents that belong in a loan application.
If we learn of a breach that California or other law requires us to notice, we will follow that law. This sentence is not a prediction that one will happen.
NMLS, licensed states, and public records
Originator and company identifiers are public: Amy DeBusk NMLS 281056, loanDepot.com, LLC NMLS 174457. Licensing in California, Tennessee, and Texas is a public fact you can verify on NMLS Consumer Access (nmlsconsumeraccess.org). Those records are not "your personal data" in the sense of this policy. We publish them because the law and honest advertising require it.
Office address for this brand: 2999 Douglas Blvd, Ste 180 Rm. 111, Roseville, CA 95661. Reviews you post on Google, Yelp, or similar sites are governed by those platforms, not by this policy.
Outbound education sites
Links to the Home Readiness Quiz, first-home course, blog, Savebot, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp leave this site. Those properties have their own operators and notices. Amy DeBusk Home Loans is not promising that a third-party comment thread is private.
Changes and contact
We may update this page when the site, analytics, or the law changes. The 2026 date in the hero is a build token, not a claim that an attorney recertified every sentence today. Continued use of the public site after a posted change means the new notice applies to new collection from that point forward.
Privacy questions for this public site: adebusk@loandepot.com, (916) 705-2557, or mail 2999 Douglas Blvd, Ste 180 Rm. 111, Roseville, CA 95661. For application privacy, use loanDepot's process on the apply site. For this site's rules of use, see terms. For access barriers, see accessibility.
