Why I created this for you

Sometimes the first step is getting ready to get ready.

Before we talk about loan options, I want to know what home means to you. What would you love to have? What feels out of reach? What have you been telling yourself about whether you could ever buy?

Those questions deserve attention, too. This course gives you time to explore them, then connects what you want with practical work on credit, saving and understanding the homebuying process.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and understand the choices in front of you. You can learn at home, try the homework and bring me the part that needs a personal conversation.

More than learning how to buy a house

Make room for the possibility. Then prepare for it.

Start with your mindset and your vision.

The first four weeks focus on getting clear about what you want, recognizing limiting beliefs and using visualization to picture the life you want at home.

Maybe it is a place to raise your family, a garden of your own or the feeling of having somewhere to settle. Give yourself room to name what matters to you.

Put attention into credit and saving.

Spend time learning about credit and building money habits that support your plans. The course includes four weeks focused on credit and saving money.

Homework helps you turn learning into action. You can consider where your money goes and which changes you want to make, one manageable step at a time.

Understand the homebuying process.

Another four-week focus covers the process itself. Learn about financing choices, preparing for mortgage review and the steps involved in buying a home.

The course also explores down payment assistance, offers and seller credits, so you can understand more of the conversations you will have along the way.

A little time for your future

Watch. Work through it. Come back when you’re ready.

Each week pairs a video with homework that helps you apply what you are learning to your own life. You get something to think about and something to do, rather than another list of mortgage terms to memorize.

The course is organized over 16 weeks, but you can go at your own pace. Make room for it around your work, family and everyday responsibilities. You do not need to have a purchase date picked out.

You’ll also find journaling prompts, printable checklists and spending tools to support your preparation. The point is to keep building understanding as you move from thinking about a home to knowing what you want to explore next.

Prefer a two-minute starting point?

The Home Readiness Quiz sends a customized plan to your inbox and gives you access to free learning tools. Choose that if you want a quick place to begin. The course gives you more time to work through mindset, money and the homebuying process.

As you learn, keep the Homebuyer Checklist nearby, explore the credit guidance or use the spending-plan resources when those questions come up.

Educational guidance. Course participation does not guarantee mortgage approval.

I’d love for you to put this course to use.

You do not have to wait until you feel ready for every part of buying a home. Give yourself a place to begin, and let the next lesson help you take the next step.

Your discovery call is free. We can talk about what you are learning and what it means for your own homebuying plans.
